Chief Garrett Grogan reports that the Patterson Police Department responded to 9 calls for service over the last 24 hours and made the following arrest:

Roger Grow, 58, Netherland, Tx, was arrested on July 16, 2026, at 9:09am, on the charges of obedience to traffic control and driving under suspension. 

Sarakeisha Dugar, 33, Patterson, La, was arrested on July 16, 2026, at 1:08pm, on a Patterson Police Department warrant for cyberstalking, telephone communications; improper language; harassment and simple criminal damage to property. Dugar was booked, processed, and released to appear in 16th Judicial Court.

Brian Wesley, 50, Patterson, La, was arrested on July 16, 2026, at 10:52am, on a Patterson Police Department warrant for theft-attempted. Wesley was additionally arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Wesley was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
