Chief Garrett Grogan reports that the Patterson Police Department responded to 8 calls for service over the last 24-hour reporting period. As a result, the following person(s) were arrested: 

Melissa Michele-Williams Ratcliff, 37, was arrested on February 20, 2026, at 7:19pm, on the charges of Criminal Trespass, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Schedule II Drugs (Methamphetamine). Bail has not been set at this time. 

Shamere Francis, 37, was arrested on February 21, 2026, at 12:58am, on the charges of Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles and Possession of Marijuana less than 14 grams. Francis was released to appear in Mayor's Court.
