Chief Garrett Grogan reports that the Patterson Police Department responded to 29 calls for service over the weekend and made the following arrest: 

Derrick Farlow, 38, Thibodaux, La, was arrested on May 1, 2026, at 10:42am, on a Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of contempt of court-non support. Farlow was booked, processed, and released on a $5,000.00 bond.

Casey Lopez, 45, Patterson, La, was arrested on May 3, 2026, at 2:55pm, on the charges of no tail lamps and operating a vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense. Lopez was booked, processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.

JMichael Gray, 22, Franklin, La, was arrested on May 4, 2026, at 1:10am, on the charges of illegal carrying of a weapon in presence of a controlled dangerous substance, illegal carrying of a weapon in a firearm free zone, obstruction of justice, possession of schedule I (marijuana), violation of uniform controlled dangerous substance law; drug free zone, and possession of drug paraphernalia . Gray was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.

Jordan Freeman, 24, Franklin, La, was arrested on May 4, 2026, at 1:10am, on the charges of no seatbelt, illegal carrying of a weapon in presence of a controlled dangerous substance, illegal carrying of a weapon in a firearm free zone, prohibitions armor piercing ammunition, violation of uniform controlled dangerous substance law; drug free zone, obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule I (marijuana). Freeman was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
